We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Open Customer Accounts for eligible customers. Specific payment terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis. These terms may include, but are not limited to, credit card payment at transaction time, credit limits, and purchase orders. We may conduct credit checks for customers requesting extended payment terms to assess creditworthiness. Approval of credit terms is at our sole discretion.
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. These charges are based on packaging, shipping weight (product weight & dimension weight), destination address and method of shipment. Due to inherent variances in order size and carrier fees we cannot publish shipping rates. For freight estimates, contact the Qorpak Customer Service Team at Qorpak@BerlinPackaging.com.
During inventory counts, holidays, and other busy periods, shipping may be delayed by a week or more. Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method.
Upon request, certain items may be eligible for expedited shipment using FedEx or UPS. Cutoff time is 1:00 pm ET. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping and normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm ET, excluding holidays.
